OWN MY LIFE PROGRAMME
An innovative, creative, educational12-week course. The course enables women to regain ownership of their lives after they have been in a relationship with someone who has hurt them.
Children are welcomed in refuges too. Our aim is to give children and young people a good experience while they stay with us. We provide outreach support for children in the local community, liaise with schools and help children to establish positive social links.
A 10-week program for children to explore their feelings around domestic abuse. The aim of the program is to help rebuild family relationships and to support children in understanding that domestic abuse is not their fault. The program is broken down into age groups, with each group having its own specific needs taken into consideration .
We can offer counselling sessions within the school environment or at the centre. Sessions are held either weekly or bi weekly. Please contact us for more information
